“I am so good!” Or: “I have got gold, but…”

Many people have a tendency to show-up by reaction to the fear: I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It is typical because of our survival instinct: unconsciously we are looking for threats and how we can protect ourselves. Therefore, the mind is always seeking proofs, references in the past and present for situations when we fault.  If someone continues this behaviour, then he/she will be exaggerating limited beliefs.

By changing what you are focus on and your habitual vocabulary, you can instantaneously change how you think, how you feel, and how you live!
