BiznesMama Network Community Interest Company is a new ambitious project co-conducted by Dorota Iwankiewicz from DM2 Agency.

BiznesMama Network CIC is the Social Organisation for Polish Women in the UK. ‘BizMama’ is the abbreviation of BiznesMama, that we use in English communication.

This network is based on 4 fundamental values: Support, Relations, Collaboration and Development, empowered by Women’s energy.

Encouraging mothers to develop their skills, talents and providing personal/business development trainings (building self-confidence) are the perfect ways to develop a healthy society and enrich the economy. Helps to avoid depression or suffering from poor self-esteem that is the main reason why mothers give up their goals, dreams and passion.

*Women-led businesses face many challenges, including BALANCING WORK and FAMILY life (40%), achieving CREDIBILITY for the business (37%) and a LACK of CONFIDENCE (22%). 

*Despite many women business owners in the UK accessing the advice and information they need to grow, FSB’s survey found that a third (33%) haven’t received the support of any kind. 

*Two in five (42%) of respondents felt developing their business skills would be beneficial, and almost a third (35 %) of women business owners believed improving sales skills would be an advantage. 

*22% saying a lack of confidence was one of the most significant challenges they faced when starting their business and 20% claiming their lack of self-confidence has restricted their ability to grow. (Based on FSB’s report; UKCES Employer Skills Survey; Women’s Business Council)
