Why question “WHY?” always give you lousy answers – highlights of coaching sessions

I decided to share with you some highlights from coaching sessions with my clients and from mine as well. It will not be another motivational quote. I am sure that you can find a lot of them on social media platforms. It is my commitment as a Mentor in the Chartered Institute of Marketing. I strongly believe that if exactly the same part of coaching materials is so important for many, therefore it would be valuable for you.

So here we go: the latest revolution ?

Asking yourself “WHY it happened?” or “WHY I cannot do this?” will give you a lot of excuses or demotivational answers. Instead of this, ask yourself: “WHAT is ONE THING I can DO right NOW to … finish this project… stay concentrate on…”  

Just do it and check out how you will perform even better.
